Post-Campaign Update #3: Heads Up - Charging Credit Cards for BackerKit Orders

Hey all!
We're right on schedule as laid out in Post-Campaign Update #2. We'll be charging credit cards these evening for anyone who added to their order or became a late Backer of RWBY: Combat Ready!
If any issues arise with your payment you’ll receive an email letting your know to correct your payment information.
If you need to review payment information, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://rwbycr.backerkit.com.
Next up, Friday December 15: We'll send you a notice that we will be locking down shipping addresses for Monday Dec 18. You'll have two days to make sure we're shipping the T-Shirts/Art Prints/Challenge Coins to the right addresses come late December/early January.

Happy holidays!
All BackerKit surveys have been successfully sent out to all Backers of RWBY: Combat Ready. If you haven't received yours, it may have gone into your spam folder but you can request it yourself!
To request your survey, input your email associated with your Kickstarter Account aclick the link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://rwbycr.backerkit.com/
Additionally, we have decided to allow individuals who missed out on the campaign to become a late supporter of RWBY: Combat Ready. To do so, go to this link!
Finally, here is a brief timeline of the next couple of weeks as we dive head-first into a very busy time of year.

Friday December 1, 2017 - We charge the credit cards on file for BackerKit additional items - if your payment fails you'll have the opportunity to update

Friday December 15, 2017 - We send out a notice to lock down and confirm addresses for the T-Shirt/Challenge Coin/Art Print shipment.

End of December/Early January - We ship out those items to their rightful owners!

BackerKit surveys are coming! Here’s what you need to know

Hey y’all!
Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey - we’re sending them out in waves starting today. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards. In particular, we are fulfilling the T-Shirts, Challenge Coins, Art Prints, and Starter Packs #1 and #2 before the end of 2017!!!!
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts. You will also be receiving a confirmation email 48 hours prior to any shipping that occurs.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact our Campaign Support team at [email protected]

Post-Campaign Update #1 - Credit Cards and What Comes Next!

Greetings all!
As of Monday at 12:00 p.m. CST we finished charging everyone’s credit cards for their pledges. To anyone who still had a FAILED status, you will still be pushed into BackerKit, our pledge manager, where you will have another opportunity to update your payment information.
We are having to push the release of the surveys due to some unforeseen circumstances. We now expect to send out the surveys next week, so stay tuned!
We will also be releasing a step-by-step guide for everyone to understand just how BackerKit works.
In the meantime, here are answers to the two biggest questions we’ve seen so far:
Q: Will I be able to add on additional items through BackerKit?
A: Yes! You’ll be able to add more T-Shirts, Challenge Coins, Add-On Items (Such as the RWBY Character or Emerald & Mercury) and more. You’ll then be charged again through BackerKit after these items are added.
Q: How often will I be able to update my shipping address?
A: You’ll be notified 48 hours prior to any shipment where you can confirm or change your address if need be.

Campaign Update #19 - WE DID IT!

THANK YOU ALL. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!
We did it! With your help, with all 8,629 of you, we have finished the Kickstarter Campaign for RWBY: Combat Ready with a staggering total of $795,979 (that’s a lot of money.)
The last 34 days have been insane. We started out with a basic game with your help it has grown to include miniatures, extra objective cards, upgraded game components, and so much more. You’ve helped us develop ideas and dive deeper into certain mechanics of the game that you had questions about, to make sure that it’s player ready when it ships next Summer.
From all of us involved here at Rooster Teeth and Arcane Wonders, thank you so much.
A quick business note (sorry!) for those of you who have backed RWBY: Combat Ready. We will begin charging credit cards for your total pledge amount - TODAY, October 30, 2017. More information will be sent out shortly in an update explaining the process for the next couple of weeks.
We will also continue to share photos, updates of RWBY: Combat Ready as it is produced over the next couple of months.
